Returns Policy

Since covers are custom made we are unable to accept any returns. Please double check all measurements to make sure the cover you order will fit perfectly. We make all covers to your specifications. If there is a problem, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery. We do offer returns or exchanges of some accessory items but this would have to be approved by our refund department. If the product is not in its original condition or has been opened or used, no exchange will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If non-custom items (excludes hot tub covers) and returns are approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping

At Replacement Hot Tub Covers, we understand that shipping costs are a deciding factor for your purchase.  That is why we cover the first $150 in shipping costs.  Please note that we sometimes must add a surcharge to your account after your transaction has been finalized.  If this is necessary, we will contact you with the amount to be billed for approval.  This typically occurs when your address in a remote location, you are a significant distance from a terminal or your address is located in an area that is not frequented by LTL freight companies.

We apologize for this, however these costs are set through third party carriers.  This amount is not calculated at the time of checkout and is not determined until your order is paid and processed.  You will have the option to cancel your order should you determine the freight cost is too high.

You will receive your custom cover within approximately 14-21 business days.  The shipping company will contact you to schedule an appointment for delivery.  Please inspect your cover at delivery and refuse if there is ANY damage.  

Damage Policy

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENT. Upon delivery, if you accept a damaged shipment, we will not be able to assist you and you will have to file a claim with the freight company. If you reject a damaged delivery, we will send you a new cover. Please inspect your shipment prior to signing for it!
